So I really like Country and Bluegrass. I’m pretty much a casual listener, and in truth while I have a lot of respect for the old guard, I am mostly listening to some of the newer acts that are around: the Avett Brothers, Secret Sisters, Nickel Creek, Old Crow Medicine Show, and as seen above, the Punch Brothers which is Chris Thile of Nickel Creek’s new project. I chanced into seeing them at T-Bone Burnett’s Speaking Clock Revue, and they totally blew me away. I highly recommend.
